Delivery
We offer free worldwide shipment for all orders. Your order will be dispatched from our location in Portugal using an international priority fast trackable mail service. We understand the importance of receiving your items in a timely manner, and we aim to dispatch your order on the next business day.
Please note that the speed of delivery may vary depending on the local country mail operator and the customs clearance process. While we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date, we provide estimated delivery times for different regions:
- Europe: 3-5 working days
- United Kingdom: 3-5 working days
- US & Canada: 5-7 working days
- Australia and New Zealand: 10-15 working days

Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Cosy Llama purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your item(s), we offer a hassle-free returns process.
To initiate a return, please email us at returns@cosyllama.com within 30 days of receiving your order. In your email, include the following details:
- Order number
- Your full name and email address
- Reason for return
Once we receive your email, our team will guide you through the steps to process your return. Please note that refunds will only be approved for items that are in new and unworn condition. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment and may take up to 10 days to reflect in your account.
While we offer free returns for domestic shipments, we cannot offer the same for international returns due to the complexity involved in working with different local shipment providers. However, we are committed to finding an optimal solution for returning the items and issuing your refund.
If you received a damaged item or experienced an issue with the quality, please contact us at returns@cosyllama.com within 14 days of receiving the item. We will be happy to replace or refund the item.
For any cancellations, please contact us as soon as possible at returns@cosyllama.com. We will gladly cancel any orders that have not yet been shipped.
