Our policy is based on 100% Customer Satisfaction - we give the needs of our customers highest priority!
If for some reason you are not happy with your Cosy Llama item(s), please email us at email@example.com with the details of your order:
- Order number
- Your full name and email address
- Reason for your return
within 14 days of receiving your order and we will guide you through the steps to process your return.
Refunds will be approved for items that are in new/unworn condition. Refunds are issued to the original method of payment only, upon receiving the returned item(s). Please allow up to 10 days to see the credit in your account.
We cannot offer free returns for international shipments (simply due to the complexity involved in working with all different local shipment providers), however we are happy to work with you and find an optimal solution for returning the items and getting your refund.
***Disclaimer: One of the traits of hand-crafted items is that every item is unique, which means that not every piece is exactly the same. For this reason, you may find slight variations in sizes and/or colours.
Please follow the return procedure described above, mentioning in your email that you wish to exchange and provide the desired item details. We will then guide you through the exchange process.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a store credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, the gift giver would have to initiate the return.
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged item or experience an issue with quality, we ask that you contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receiving the item. We will be happy to replace or refund the item.
Cancelling an Order
If you wish to cancel an order that has been submitted, we ask that you contact us as soon as possible at email@example.com. We will happily cancel any orders that have not yet been shipped.
