Ecco qualcosa di meglio dei semplici campioni di colore del filo: possiamo inviarti quadrati di tessuto, 5x5 centimetri ciascuno (2x2 pollici).
Non solo vedrai correttamente il colore degli scialli, ma avrai anche un'idea del nostro tessuto Alpaca!
E oltre a ciò, alcuni dei nostri scialli da sposa sono realizzati con più di un semplice filo colorato, quindi i campioni di tessuto mostreranno davvero come apparirà lo scialle sul tuo vestito!
Per ogni campione seleziona un colore e aggiungilo al carrello tante volte quanti sono i colori necessari.

If for some reason you are not happy with your Cosy Llama item(s), please email us at returns@cosyllama.com with the details of your order:
- Order number
- Your full name and email address
- Reason for your return
within 30 days and we will guide you through the steps to process your return.
Refunds will be approved for items that are in new/unworn condition. Refunds are issued to the original method of payment only, upon receiving the returned item(s). Please allow up to 10 days to see the credit in your account.
We cannot offer free returns for international shipments (simply due to the complexity involved in working with all different local shipment providers), however we are happy to work with you and find an optimal solution for returning the items and getting your refund.
***Disclaimer: One of the traits of hand-crafted items is that every item is unique, which means that not every piece is exactly the same. For this reason, you may find slight variations in sizes and/or colours.
Exchanges
Please follow the return procedure described above, mentioning in your email that you wish to exchange and provide the desired item details. We will then guide you through the exchange process.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a store credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, the gift giver would have to initiate the return.
Damaged Items
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged item or experience an issue with quality, we ask that you contact us at returns@cosyllama.com within 14 days of receiving the item. We will be happy to replace or refund the item.
Cancelling an Order
If you wish to cancel an order that has been submitted, we ask that you contact us as soon as possible at returns@cosyllama.com. We will happily cancel any orders that have not yet been shipped.
You can include a free gift message which we will print on a nice coloured card and include in the package. Use order notes at checkout.
Feel free to add a note if you have any other special requests for your order. We will let you know if we can or cannot accommodate any of them.
Hand wash cold, can be machine washed on a 30° delicates or wool program.
➤ Drying
Once your alpaca product is washed and spun, pull it to shape and dry flat, avoiding direct sunlight.
➤ Ironing
We suggest to use a steamer. If you use an iron, put a towel on top of the product then iron it at low temperature.
➤ Maintaining
Alpaca is just like hair and can get a little frizzy over time. To restore your alpaca product to its original glory, brush it in the direction of the fibers with a soft bristled brush. Follow by steaming in the same direction.
